Germany 🇩🇪 doesn’t have a talent problem. It has an execution problem.
NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang makes an uncomfortable observation about Germany and Europe.
We have the engineers.
We have the research.
We have the technological expertise.
Yet we keep falling behind in turning technology into real-world applications.
His point about the European tendency to overthink things deserves attention.
And it’s especially relevant to AI.
While companies spend months evaluating tools, discussing strategies and planning pilots, others are already deploying, learning and improving.
Of course, regulation, security and reliability matter.
But planning without execution doesn’t create progress.
The real competitive advantage isn’t just knowing what AI can do.
It’s knowing how to put it to work.
Germany has enormous potential. The missing piece may not be another AI strategy, but the willingness to start building.
Are we being careful with AI, or are we using caution as an excuse not to act?
